These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") define the conditions for using the application "Coupocke" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Users shall use the App in accordance with these Terms.
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App (including OCR engines, UI design, names, etc.) belong to the operator of the App. Users may not modify, adapt, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the App without authorization.
Users must not engage in the following actions while using the App:
The App is a tool to assist in managing coupons held by the user. The actual usability of coupons, compliance with expiry dates, and presentation to stores are the sole responsibility of the user. The operator shall not provide compensation for any disadvantages caused by notification delays or OCR reading errors. For users in Australia, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The operator may update, change features, or temporarily suspend the App without prior notice. The operator is not responsible for any disadvantages caused to users by such actions.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, the operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
The operator may change these Terms at any time without notice to the user when deemed necessary. The modified Terms shall become effective upon being posted within the App or on the official website.
